Are You Still Thinking About Homeschooling?

We are so excited for anyone considering homeschooling.

Homeschool Supercenter has been in the homeschool market for over 25 years.

Furthermore, we have seen many changes. At first most materials were religious based and none of the publishers were interested in homeschoolers.

Now, there are hundreds of mom and pop curriculum products, along with dozens of small independent publishers of specific subjects for homeschooling. In addition, the large publisher’s such as Pearson and Houghton Mifflin have grasp the homeschool community.

However, times are changing. As will everything, the homeschool cycles in a 6 to 8 year period as well. Today, there are many online options available in the homeschool market. Literally, hundreds of subscription based programs. You can get anything from a single subject, to a complete year for all required subjects.

Here at Homeschool Supercenter we are a little bit more traditional utilizing textbooks, workbooks, and good old paper and pencil. Yes, many products have online resources and components. Most newly published titles include online teacher materials for the parent, the answers. In ALL of the online products they are only available for 12 months.

That being said, this is usually the time of year when parents wonder what is going on at school.

What are my children learning?
